Know your HIV status. Take control of your health.

Welcome to I’m Ready, Test – an app you can use to get free HIV self-testing kits and sexual health information for prevention and care. Our app offers a discreet, supportive, and user-friendly way to get tested for HIV so you can know your HIV status and take care of your health.

Upon creating your profile, you are assigned a unique, anonymized user ID – this is so your identity remains confidential. FYI - We will be asking you a few questions so that we can continue to improve ways to reach people who need to get tested, and the overall app experience. With this ID, we will know which survey responses are from you, without knowing who you are.

After you answer an initial survey, you can choose to have self-testing kit(s) delivered to your home (or another address) – or you can pick up a kit at one of our partner pickup locations. Once you have your kit(s), the I’m Ready, Test app can guide you through what to do when you test. You will also get a pop-up to ask about your results so that the app can suggest follow-up prevention and HIV care resources that you can access.

There is also the I'm Ready, Talk app – If you need support anytime (before, during, or after your test) – just click on “support” so you can connect with a peer to get help.

We will also be inviting you to fill out brief follow-up surveys to find out how you’re doing, remind you of the information you can access, and whether you were able to connect after you tested with the care or support you needed.

With I’m Ready, you now have everything you need to start taking control of your health.
