I couldn't log in at first either, so I uninstalled and then re-downloaded the app. I was then able to sign in with no probs. Hopefully it stays that way. As for the app itself, it's easy to navigate and understand. 4⭐ because I had to reinstall it.

Can't log in from the app. Uninstalled and reinstalled and will not work. I can log in on the Univera website fine. I'm brand new to Univera this month and this is not a great way to impress your customers.

I can view my claims and find an in-network doctor without having to call customer service. Great self-service app
