The App is ok, though you will get push messages from their marketing department. The real problem is with their customer support. Emails go I responded to for days, if there are multiple exchanges, your resolution could takes weeks or months. All orders are held until complete, if you order back issues with a pre-order slabbed book, you could be waiting six months, with no option to split the order even for an additional shipping fee. You best hope there is no damage to those back issues.

Horrible still waiting on books I ordered last August of 2023 and with no way to contact anyone about order status. You call and no one answers, can't even leave a message because the mailbox is always full and don't bother trying to email. I've sent over 10 emails with no response, don't bother buying anything from unknown comics. Horrible turn around time and Horrible customer service what a joke of a company, I feel like these people shouldn't get paid till the order is shipped out.

used to be a great spot to get alot of my comics but I've had a Tyler Kirkland signature comic that has not been fulfilled and its been almost 4 years in June. no refund no updates and no way to get ahold of anyone so I've made it point to tell this story on all social media outlets and will not purchase anymore with them. 4 YEARS !!!!
