Ratings and reviews

pretty useless app. I haven't been able to login since installing it. I continually receive an "unknown error" message. I'm deinstalling it. postscript: after writing this review I was finally able to login. I'm still sceptical.

Please update recommendation within the app. Some places like restaurants closed down. You can tie in your recommendation to Google Maps and have a script review status of the place before being pulled into the app. Cheers.

The app navigation when logging in, requesting QR code or resetting password is a constant struggle taking me to the wrong places. Easier to just use the mobile website.

What’s new

With this app update, guests can now use their phone as their room key via NFC after a successful online check-in. This feature is currently available exclusively at Motel One Munich East-Side, with more hotels following soon. We've also made a number of bug fixes and improvements.
