Nertz (or Nerts) combine Speed and Solitaire card games into 1 crazy fast real-time multiplayer card game. If you like solitaire or blitz, you'll like Nerts.
The goal of the game is to play all the cards in your Nerts pile cards before the other players. Gameplay wise it's a klondike solitaire but everyone share their foundation piles.
Nerts can be played with any amount of people, from 1 to 6 players.
Each player uses their own deck of cards (with their own back color) in a solitaire like competition that requires speed and skill.
The objective of each round is to be the first player to call out “Nertz” by getting rid of their thirteen-card Nertz pile. You can call Nertz at any time whenever your nertz pile is empty, that way you can sneak a few points like a ninja and call nerts when you see your opponent getting to close to finish.
Pounce and Blitz Dutch rules are 99% the same as Nertz.
If you played games like Solitaire Showdown, Double Dutch, Peanuts, Canfield, Blitz, Ligretto, and Squinch you'll understand Nerts quite easily.
You can customize everything, the score, number of card draws, bonus points for the nerts caller...
You can play against bots or create private matches with your friends over the internet
