app was great, my phone updated and now app won't open to my exercises, was able to do daily check but when I try to run program it opens to a black screen. UPDATE APP has been fixed, I contacted tech support, don't know if they fixed it , I unistalled app and reinstalled it on my own, started working again late in the evening on 5/1/26, 5/2/26 app won't open again I'm done trying, went from a great app to completely useless!

This app is TERRIBLE to use. You can't select the video you want to watch in your prescribed set. The order doesnt make sense and the last video is what i wanted to see. You have to skip through it all. Once you skip through it you can't reopen your workout for the day. Also you can't easily pause videos and get details of them and go back. Honestly who the hell designed this? This is too difficult to use. Just give me the workout program on paper at this point!

all the physical therapy ar PT Solutions and staff are the best. I had shoulder surgery, with all the therapists I was able to get my life back.. The professionalism in all their the rehabilitation techniques help me get my shoulder to 75% full range.. thank you all.. You all are a blessing.. Carmen P Drake
