Upklass: Community & Courses

Funnel Duo

About this app

Upklass is where the community you belong to actually lives - the discussion, the courses, the calendar, and the people in it.

If your coach, school, company or membership group runs on Upklass, this app is the member side of it.

YOU NEED AN INVITE
Upklass is not an open social network. Most communities are private and invite only, so you join using a link from whoever runs yours. Some communities are public and you can join them directly.

THE COMMUNITY FEED
Read and post to your community
Sort posts by category, such as announcements, wins, questions and discussion
Comment, reply in a thread, and like
Mention people with @ to bring them into a conversation
Save any post or comment to come back to
Search across posts, courses and members
Message other members directly, photos included

THE CLASSROOM
Work through the courses your community publishes
Courses are split into modules and lessons
Mark lessons complete and watch your progress bar move
Ask a question on any lesson so the answer stays next to the material

CALENDAR AND EVENTS
See what is coming up, online or in person
One tap to say you are going
Reminders before it starts, at the timing your community chose
Online sessions open in your meeting app, and venues open in Maps

POINTS AND LEADERBOARDS
Earn points for taking part
Level up, collect badges, and keep a streak going
See where you stand, in communities that switch leaderboards on

NOTIFICATIONS YOU CONTROL
You are told when someone replies to you, mentions you, likes your post, sends you a message, or when an event you registered for is about to start. Every type can be switched off, and push has to be turned on per device, so nothing arrives unless you asked for it.

THREE LANGUAGES
English, traditional Chinese and simplified Chinese. Switch from your account menu at any time.

NOTHING IS SOLD INSIDE THE APP
Upklass sells nothing in the app. If your community charges for access, that is arranged by whoever runs it, outside of Upklass.

FOR PEOPLE RUNNING A COMMUNITY
Creating categories, publishing courses, scheduling events and inviting members is done on the web at upklass.com. This app is built for the member experience.
