Ratings and reviews

Previous version of this app would not load. They now appear to have fixed that issue. The new app appears to have plenty of useful features, including recent claims, ID cards, live video visits, ability to look up providers, and more I'm sure. One feature I didn't see was the ability to make an appointment through the app. It does provide phone numbers, so you could always call, but it would be nice to be able to request an appointment in the app. Overall, a good and useful app that I'm sure I'll be using in the future.

Why do I keep having to change my password? This has been hard to deal with, because I then have to make sure the password is saved so my other devices can sign in properly. I feel bad for people that might not understand how to get their passwords. What are you doing?

Updated from previous app to this one because I got a message the old app was no longer supported. Cannot login. Each time I try it brings me back to the home login screen.
