I'm having a horrible time with the website this is not a new problem it has been ongoing. either I get a blank screen and not even the option of signing in or I am able to sign in and then get a blank page and occasionally when I do actually get to the website all of the options do not work. there are things that should be links that take me nowhere as in nothing happens and then everything stops working again. I don't have trouble on any other website. so it must be your site that is the probl

Can't find UPC scanner. Now it won't let me log in at all; it just keeps looping back to log in page every time I enter user name and password. Update---I called in to the number listed in the app, and after explaining the issues, and three transfers, I got a rep who walked me through how to fix.

I've never even been able to log in with this app. anytime I try I get the message error:2 the team is investigating. I thought originally it was my old outdated phone but even with my brand new up-to-date phone it doesn't work. I've uninstalled reinstalled updated etc etc but I always get this error: 2
