Whether you need to chat with a Health Care Concierge about a plan benefit related question or forgot your member ID card for your doctor’s visit, this app has you covered.

Ratings and reviews

Previous version of this app would not load. They now appear to have fixed that issue. The new app appears to have plenty of useful features, including recent claims, ID cards, live video visits, ability to look up providers, and more I'm sure. One feature I didn't see was the ability to make an appointment through the app. It does provide phone numbers, so you could always call, but it would be nice to be able to request an appointment in the app. Overall, a good and useful app that I'm sure I'll be using in the future.

I like the app. It works beautifully for me. I just wish that had a built in feature for urgent care. I had to do a video urgent care call 3 months ago and they said, "get a ride or ambulance to the ER now!" Just a mini stroke, but still, it would be nice to have that feature integrated into the app. Overall, it's a great app.

Same experience as other users seem to be having... Months of trying and cannot login. Keep getting error message that their system is experiencing problems and to try again later. Uninstalling and re-downloading the app does nothing to address this issue either.

Thank you for using the UPMC Member Mobile App!
We added new features for our members with UPMC for Life Flex Spend and UPMC for life Complete Care Shop Healthy cards. These members can now scan the barcode of an item to see if it is approved and submit a reimbursement claim.
