2 stars because the content is great but that is overshadowed by the app being so slow and glitchy, it's extremely frustrating!!! I'll probably just cancel my subscription after this month because I feel like I'm being ripped off paying for something that doesn't work properly!

Tried the 1st week for free as I could no longer access via Now TV. No issues for the free week. Paid via Google pay. Have had no access since paying. Contacted both Google and Hayu and been ignored by both. Subscription now cancelled. Would not recommend doing through the App.

***Update*** I emailed the support team on 01st July and the issue is no further along to being resolved. They have now ignored my follow up email 2 weeks after they were looking in to this. It's now causing my tv to freeze fully when watching. Will not renew in August. I enjoy the content on this app but it's glitchiest, buggiest app I pay for. It crashes, doesn't load properly to play to episodes I choose, the sound goes weird all the time. Can all this be rectified please!!
