Ratings and reviews

App crashes frequently. Download option is intermittent and sometimes works and sometimes doesnt. Playback has issues sometimes. I do love and enjoy the content though, which is why I've kept it. I wish they would work in fixing all the bugs in the app.

Currently in the United Kingdom it is completely useless, on its current version 2.37.0 The app will not load any main content videos whatsoever regardless of what device is used, however, strangely when navigating the app The auto roll video previews will all work perfectly. The issue is present on Android TV and mobile phones, I've also tried several different mobile phones and they're all having the same issue. It also appears that whatever the issue is also affects fire sticks.

Similar to other viewers' issues, the app is pretty glitchy, ill often get the spinning 'buffer' wheel, and it sucks that it doesn't keep track where you left off on a series or even episode. And you have to reset the closed caption every single episode, very tedious. Would also be nice to see the date listed for each season or show I'm choosing to watch. And it is way too saturated with 'Housewives' ads! A bit disappointing considering this app isn't free..
