i called carpenter to repair window; all material provided ready condition; though he wasted 2.5 hours to close his work;instead of he can do it in 1 to 1.5hrs. bakwas company charges.if i call a local carpenter; he would do work for a day in 500rs.only.now my condition was like if i did half shave; i have to do it complite for the time.😠
Don't understand what payment issues you have with your employees. Everytime they come for a service, they specifically ask us to pay in cash and not online. And all have the same reason that, you guys don't pay them on time and sometime don't pay the whole amount. Not even transportation cost is provided to them. Well all these are your issues. And if you have provided online payment option then it's your duty to tell your employees not to ask for cash from customers. It's really an awkward situation after completing the service when we are just about to pay and they ask if we can pay them in cash and start telling the problems they face due to online payments. This has happened each and every time I have taken service from Urban Clap. Please address this concern soon.
It made me cancel my orders just because they did not have resources on a Saturday. They didn't provide any information about their unavailability till the last moment. But after this incident the customer service people have been doing a follow up for my service. I would say they still need to resolve the issue of unavailability of their resources and accordingly manage the customers request.
Well the Urban Clap customer care is capable of feeling sorry for us and understanding our situation but sadly, unable to resolve any issue/communicate among themselves. Even after booking the service a week and half in advance, Urban Clap was unable to service the request. They requested me to postpone the service by a few hours assuring me of a service. However multiple calls later, it was evident that one executive didn't know what the other promised and they ultimately could not provide the service on the said date. Sloppy work.
The technician was professional and had clear insight into the problem and knew how to repair it. He was well behaved and punctual. Tried UC for the first time and I am quite impressed. Would surely recommend UC to others.
Pathetic ....u guys should close the app....if u don't have employees to work for u,...I had my appointment cancelled 3 times and still no action from ur side...and absolutely no rules or management....useless app and waste of money too
