Poor Inventory Control. At first I thought this is a good app, the next Shein. But prices are bit high for the quality. Logistics tracking is poor. Shipping is extremely slow. Takes 15-20 days. Most importanly, they have no concept of inventory control. I've ordered items 3 separate times and have been canceled almost 15 days later saying its out of stock. Really frustrating. How can you let someone place an order on an out of stock item. Useless app, try something else.

The designs are great on Urbanic, but the quality of the product leaves a lot to be desired. The product shown on the app and the product delivered are completely different in terms of quality. It ends up with buyer questioning value for money. Please work on the quality of your products.

If you order something, just order n forget about it the product. Delivery usually takes around 25 days + The quality of the dresses n pants is terrible. Most of the products r made of polyester, They send you a product n then refuse to accept returns for unreasonable reasons. according to them the price tag should be behind the neck, but if the product has come at my home and the price tag is on the waist they will reject your return request. shame on u urbanic. have some fear of karma
