Poor Inventory Control. At first I thought this is a good app, the next Shein. But prices are bit high for the quality. Logistics tracking is poor. Shipping is extremely slow. Takes 15-20 days. Most importanly, they have no concept of inventory control. I've ordered items 3 separate times and have been canceled almost 15 days later saying its out of stock. Really frustrating. How can you let someone place an order on an out of stock item. Useless app, try something else.

they are doing scam I made payment then i went to cancel my order i am not able to cancel it they are saying your order has been packed, how, i ordered just a 1 min ago and I can't cancel it, totally scam, even the app is showing order will be packed soon , not packed yet , give my refund now 😡😡😡

I ordered a dress from urbanic then cause of some fitting issue i had to return the product but now they are saying that my return was canceled due to incomplete address issue. but how is it possible it's the same address where they delivered the product.
