Poor Inventory Control. At first I thought this is a good app, the next Shein. But prices are bit high for the quality. Logistics tracking is poor. Shipping is extremely slow. Takes 15-20 days. Most importanly, they have no concept of inventory control. I've ordered items 3 separate times and have been canceled almost 15 days later saying its out of stock. Really frustrating. How can you let someone place an order on an out of stock item. Useless app, try something else.

I used to love Urbanic, but I've noticed significant changes recently. The collections no longer feel unique or classy, and the prices have become quite high while the quality and style seem to have declined. The new collection is particularly disappointing. As a loyal customer, I would suggest that Urbanic consider reintroducing more unique and classy collections at affordable prices. Additionally, implementing a more convenient exchange tab would greatly enhance the customer experience

urbanic used to be the best app earlier, best quality at best prices everything good but since they decided to launch SAVANA( it is indeed very good) they have surely seen a major downfall because suddenly they decided to change everything in their app, they made it difficult to navigate through the app and introduced loyalty program and all which was really unnecessary it seems like they wanted to make urbanic a chic thing but now all your designs are really gaudy and impractical.
