i have been ordering from urban ladder since 10 years, the quality seems to have gone downhill recently. i wouldn't recommend.

we placed an order and the delivery was delayed, after follow up they marked it as delivered but didn't actually deliver it. After more follow up emails and calls it was delivered but no one came for installation, then when they did come (after more emails and calls) they found out that nut bolts were missing. so we had to wait for months in the process and bear the constant headache of following up as there is no support from their end.

Full Screen Display causing issues. The top row (3 lines for options, bookmarked goods, profile) all are a layer behind notifications row. Cannot be accessed. Also this is the only app not showing is customized full screen viewing. Developers please check. Using OnePlus 13.
