I've been a loyal Urban Ladder customer since 2016, purchasing all my furniture— beds, dining tables, and more—for my new home. Their quality and service were once excellent, but after the takeover, both declined. My dining table and chairs had issues; a representative confirmed replacement, but later I was told otherwise. This backtrack felt like a breach of trust. Seeing so many recent reviews sharing similar concerns is disappointing. I hope Urban Ladder regains its old standards.

Worst after purchase service Initially when I started to purchase furniture from UL there was no delivery fee but nowadays they charge you for delivery as well. Also, the after sale service is very poor. They ask us to visit a local carpenter to get the after sale service done. Since their addition of various furniture companies, their product quality has gone down drastically.

I want to update that the below issue is fixed now. The mobile App UI is all messed up. the profile, notification and orders view are all so high up in the corner and extremely unusable. I have uninstalled and reinstalled too still no luck. Not using the App just because of this.
