The app is not very user-friendly & feels quite complicated to use. The interface could be made much simpler and more intuitive. For people aged 45–50 and above, it may be especially difficult to navigate, as the filters and options are overly complex. Additionally, the app asks for too much unnecessary information during the process, which makes it time-consuming and frustrating. Simplifying the filters and reducing the amount of required info would greatly improve the overall user experience.

I feel completely cheated by UrbanPro’s Premium Plan. I paid ₹590 with the expectation that upgrading to premium would help me get genuine, paying students. Unfortunately, after making the payment, I did not receive a single confirmed or paying student. The platform creates the impression that paying for premium will increase visibility and lead generation, but in reality, there is no tangible return on investment. Most leads are either non-responsive or not serious, making the entire experience

This app seriously needs coins refund mechanism. I've wasted many coins over the requirement for users, who do not reply neither to the messages over app neither to the WhatsApp. There should be some fail safe mechanism to get the coins refunded in such cases. Sometimes it feels like the requirement is posted by bot accounts.
