The worst tutor platform I've ever used. I paid around ₹9,000 (subscription + coins) and got almost nothing in return. Most leads were unresponsive or felt like a complete waste of money. When I reported my concerns, my account was suspended for a week instead of helping me. No refund was provided, even within a day of purchase. In my experience, this platform takes tutors' money with very little accountability. I would never recommend it.

Very disappointed with UrbanPro's lack of transparency. I was asked to pay ₹590 when I tried to contact a student, which I paid thinking it would allow me to proceed. I already knew about the Coins system and expected to pay only the Coins required for individual enquiries. Only afterwards did I discover that an additional ₹1,600 package/subscription is effectively required to contact students. This is willful lack of transparency, and moral fraud, if not a legal one.

I was using this app for the last year, but these days this app is spam. They increased the payment. Even if we pay 590 for client contact, they ask 1500 for contacting clients. They don't inform that prior. Please don't install.
