I deeply regret purchasing a membership on Urban Pro. Before registration, I kept receiving emails saying 'students are viewing your profile,' which gave me the impression there was genuine interest and demand. Trusting these notifications, I went ahead and paid for a membership. However, after registering, the reality was completely different. Despite reaching out to multiple students who were supposedly interested in my profile, I received absolutely zero responses. Not a single one.

I think this app is fake. Before I paid the subscription fee, they were showing inquiries from nearby areas, but after paying 590 rupees, they're only showing inquiries from other states. I received 7 inquiries from nearby areas, and when I tried to call them, no one answered my call. I tried several times. So please don't fall for their fake inquiries, as they are scammers.

It seems that company belongs to fraudsters and spammers. Coin is deducted even if you click to see what kind of enquiry is that. Moreover, even if you don't click a query, coins are being deducted. I purchased a plan on 8 march for 1 month. But the coins are being duducted from 1 march. I could never figure out why and how it can be from back date. Support agent made round and round statements just to tell that he is not able to understand my issue.
