Once you make the payment then the tutor doesn't show up, and when you request cancellation then UrbanPro charges cancellation fee without resolution on the tutor's behaviour.

Cant see messages it just says its loading. I find this app not well designed and hard to navigate.

I am a paid customer and Honestly, this is the worst platform. I don't know how they are running the company. Their app as well as is so buggy that you do not ever want to visit the app or website again. So waste of time and money.
