Unfriendly app and support! They force you use the app for all communication! The app has a useless chat, and I have to login to see the message. Any last min changes will be missed if you are not checking the app. I am wondering why re-invent the wheel when you can do integration with WhatsApp!!! So I was forced to quit even though the teacher was good. I cannot create a group here with my kid, wife and teacher. So stopped using this app. This app/company will not last long with this model!

used it for NEET UG coaching for my daughter, able to find experienced tutors. Prompt reminders for classes with links, messaging with tutors works good. App was slow, login didn't work several times

Once you make the payment then the tutor doesn't show up, and when you request cancellation then UrbanPro charges cancellation fee without resolution on the tutor's behaviour.
