Very poorly made app. Most of the "immersive" videos do not even come close to syncing with your speed. for instance, on the Washington Bridge environment. you might be walking at 2.5-3 mph, yet in the video you cross multi lane NYC streets in a single stride. other videos are worse. For instance one of the walks in the woods. it appears the incline is supposed to change along with the trail, but if you do not have a model with incline, it continuously changes the speed to 1.5 mph.

Edit: they fixed the issue with the update. Still a little glitchy and im sure some progress has been missed due to remote start and app start but im happy. I just want a general idea of steps and miles walked. so 4 stars instead of 1 now. App is not working or tracking progress. Updated app and all of my progress disappeared.

The challenges and exercises are cool, but the app leaves a lot to be desired for usability. Once you start an exercise session, you can't switch to any other screen within the app while it's active. I still can't figure out how to exit a workout without finishing or force-quitting the app. The app does not auto-connect to the walking pad (E4W) automatically. It also doesn't capture history unless I start the session from the app or if it disconnects. Good potential, but it needs work.
