UR Work is a next-generation workforce management platform developed to help companies manage their employee teams' operations more efficiently, systematically, and transparently.
The idea for UR Work emerged in 2023 from the challenges companies faced in their daily operations. We observed that companies mostly managed shift scheduling, personnel tracking, vehicle management, and operational processes using Excel spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, and fragmented systems. Manual vehicle maintenance, inspections, documentation, and operational tracking further complicated the processes.
This fragmented structure led to errors, wasted time, unnecessary costs, and communication problems. Since 2023, UR Work has been continuously developed and refined based on discussions with companies from various sectors, feedback, and field experiences.
