The process of booking a flight proved to be exceptionally challenging. Ascertaining the required number of points was an arduous task, and I am relieved that I did not transfer points to this platform. The system repeatedly indicated flight availability on certain dates, only to subsequently show them as unavailable, and experienced frequent crashes. It appears that the platform is not optimized for booking flights using points.

My log in details are no longer recognised. I've uninstalled the app twice, changed the password on the account on my laptop but it still won't allow me to log in. Very annoying as can no longer collect Avios online using my phone. And now it's blocked my account due to too many consecutive log in attempts even though I've been putting in the correct username & password! Sort it out BA!

why doesnt it work! until last week it was working fine. now everytime i open the app im asked to sign in again. I sign in with the correct details and i then get taken straight back to the sign in page. can only access by using a Web page. VERY ANNOYING
