My log in details are no longer recognised. I've uninstalled the app twice, changed the password on the account on my laptop but it still won't allow me to log in. Very annoying as can no longer collect Avios online using my phone. And now it's blocked my account due to too many consecutive log in attempts even though I've been putting in the correct username & password! Sort it out BA!

The app is okay for checking points balance but not really useful for making linked purchases. The problem is that the web links open the play store and try to force unwanted app installs even if you just want to visit a retailer once. To be fair it isn't really the app that's at fault - it is Google - but the app would be better without any of the links to shopping partners if they don't link to where they say they will. I anticipate that spending points will be great once I accumulate some.

trying to book a BA holiday through the app, it takes you to select airports and dates etc, then the search button is not tappable, so no way to search or book. tried the website too and that doesn't even have the option to book BA holiday packages. Overall a terrible experience
