The process of booking a flight proved to be exceptionally challenging. Ascertaining the required number of points was an arduous task, and I am relieved that I did not transfer points to this platform. The system repeatedly indicated flight availability on certain dates, only to subsequently show them as unavailable, and experienced frequent crashes. It appears that the platform is not optimized for booking flights using points.

My log in details are no longer recognised. I've uninstalled the app twice, changed the password on the account on my laptop but it still won't allow me to log in. Very annoying as can no longer collect Avios online using my phone. And now it's blocked my account due to too many consecutive log in attempts even though I've been putting in the correct username & password! Sort it out BA!

Can't get points if you purchase via phone. If you open app and select where to shop and for example if you have Ebay app it will open to make purchases via ebay app. Avios are not able to allocate points for that and they recommend you to clear cookies next time... thanks for the "useful" advice

What’s new

British Airways Club and AerClub are now together in one Avios app. Sign in to your programme and, if you’re a member of both, easily switch between them in the app.
