My log in details are no longer recognised. I've uninstalled the app twice, changed the password on the account on my laptop but it still won't allow me to log in. Very annoying as can no longer collect Avios online using my phone. And now it's blocked my account due to too many consecutive log in attempts even though I've been putting in the correct username & password! Sort it out BA!

Useless. It tracks purchases but doesn't award points. BA's command of tech is the worst, I'm surprised at myself trusting them to fly the aircraft. I thought this app was a launchpad from which I could shop online and earn points but it doesn't even award points, instead inviting me to claim them back transaction by transaction. No BA I've better things to soak up my time. Keep your points BA, this app like every other one you produce is bollocks. Uninstalled!

Used to work fine until an update over 1 year ago. Enter my username and password, loads briefly then takes me back to login screen. BA/Avios don't know what the issue is (countless emails, WhatsApps, and emails). Told every time IT will look at it and get back to me, but they never do. Had issue for over 1 year. Can only see my balance via Amex app these days. Have to phone BA to find and book flights which incurs a £25 charge. Thankfully BA waive the charge, but i have to explain each time.
