Ratings and reviews

After repeated issues with the app, and multiple reinstalls, support just ask me to update. If I've had to reinstall multiple times I would be on the most up to date version of the app... It seems to be more unreliable as time goes on, I am forced to use this app while working from home but it is incredibly disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend other companies using Hero's services.

App does not work half of the time I try to go available and talk to customers. App also blacks out my camera so I cannot scan barcodes, which is the only way to add most of our merchamdise to a sale. I have tried to contact customer service many times and they are not answering.

Buggy, atrocious pile of junk. Chats don't connect 50% of the time. Can barely 'work' from it, getting missed chats constantly logged against me, have very limited options to help customers redirected to us with queries we are completely unequipped to be dealing with.
