I had a good experience on the first day, I topped up my account and tested their virtual card However, it's been hell trying to login to the app after then. I've reset my password more than 2 times.. I've sent a mail to the support email, received no response. I don't even know if there's a customer support team. I truly, truly want to use this service but the experience has been very bad since their update.

This is a fraudulent app. I deposited funds hoping to create a dollar card and it's been a month now, the dollar card still hasn't been created due to complications from there end. I then tried to swap and withdraw my remaining funds after it's been drastically reduced, still they wouldn't allow me. My money has been trapped. Use Paysay to your detriment. Even more fraudulent. They claim to have updated but an attempt to click on the update button doesn't take you anywhere. Scammers

Nothing work on this app again. Don't use it. The only good thing about this app is the Interface. But they bave too many issues all the time. If you fund the card, you can't withdraw, no matter how many days it will take. If you convert naira to dollar at very high rate, you can't convert the dollars to naira if for example the virtual card isn't working. Before i love this app but now i hate it 😔
