Ratings and reviews

Enabling the passkey makes the app completely inaccessible, with no recovery option available. When the passkey fails, there are no alternative login methods, and the “Contact Us” button doesn’t work, leaving no way to reach the support team.

After a successful sign up on the app, I have been trying to login to my account but unsuccessful. It keeps returning an error message while trying to validate my login. This is really disappointing 😞

Kuda is simply the worst fintech App ever.... I have applied for POS device since how many days now?... no email, no response..... How can they possibly compete with Opay or Monie Points... I will be closing my accounts with them. They waste millions of naira running ads that advertises POS device... Once you apply and make payment. They can't even fulfill that simple objective of delivering the device. What a joke you guys are...
