Would love to be able to review this app and service, but ironically I haven't been able to use it! So far the only user testing I've been able to do is discovering that when the app gets to the "choose a username and password" part of signup it just says "something went wrong, please try again later" and so far has not let me past that screen, and the website offers no solutions and won't let me finish signing up there either.

This app Deteriorating with every update. It used to be fast, accurate and didn't crash. But in the last few updates, they have tried to make it more user-friendly. But what happened is, every time when i refresh the dashboard, it spins and spins and keeps spinning, till i close it and open it again. Also, every 2nd or third test which i attempt from the phone, the app crashes or the recorder doesnt work or something happens which blocks me from finishing the test.Please roll back to previous ve

Update 5/29: I just updated the app as requested &now I can't log in. I enter my email and password correctly, but the screen cycles back to the 1st log-in page. I see that others are having the same problem. I emailed the support team with the issue and hope it helps. --Previous Issue-- I was accepted to take two tests recently and went through the pre-test setups without a problem, but as the timer counted down to start, the app crashed. I missed the chance to earn $20 so I'm not very happy!
