I had a terrible experience with UserTesting. The platform is extremely buggy. The tasks are often confusing and poorly written. I spent hours trying to complete tasks, only to have my work rejected for reasons that were not clearly explained. When I reached out to customer support for help, they were unresponsive and unhelpful. Overall, I would not recommend UserTesting to anyone. It's a waste of time especially if you have 3 stars, you would not see any more opportunities. Do Better!

I think it's hilarious that a company is based upon user testing has an app with so many bugs that it's unusable. Tried to create an account. Got as far as choosing username/password screen. When I tap the continue button it just gives an error that there was an error and to try again later. Absolutely pathetic!

I have been trying to complete my profile so that I can begin the practice test but the app keeps jumping me back to the home page check list. It will say my profile has been completed and that my email address still needs verified. I have to completely close the app and re-open it for it to show the correct tasks completed again, but it only lasts until I attempted to work on my profile. Then it's right back to messing up. So for now I can only give 3 stars.
