I go to add products and the icon just loads and loads and loads. My sales rep told me to uninstall the app and reinstall. I did and it still does the same thing. After two years of my last review I figured they would fix the issues. Even with different phones and different users the system still blows to use and very frustrating. I actually lowered my star rating from a two to a one...

It's not bad enough that this is the worst app ever, I call your IT department and get a menu of every issue except for IT. Whoever designed this app obviously didn't spend 1 minute in a kitchen asking what was needed. Categories, filters, (which is beyond stupid) BUT can't access search without backing Considering the only thing we want to do is put our order in. Can't add or delete except on a laptop or pc?? Yea, that's what we carry around the kitchen.

Complicated reopening existing order to add items. Shows previously purchased items at top of search. Lowering quantity of items complicated feature. Not very seamless. Disconnects app in minutes of nonuse. Have to constantly restart to continue.
