About this app

Encompas equipt is a free wellbeing and sleep app developed with leading health professionals. The app is designed for current and former police officers, employees and their families.

Encompas equipt will strengthen your physical, emotional and social wellbeing by helping you to:
Develop healthy and sustainable lifestyle practices that enhance resilience;
Manage stressful situations, including distressing mood and thoughts;
Measure and track your wellbeing over time;
Plan for, and take action to be well;
Get support when you need it;
Adapt better to shift work by improving your on-shift alertness and post-shift sleep; and
Track your work schedule over time.

equipt was originally developed by the Police Association of Victoria and Victoria Police and has been customized by the Ontario Provincial Police Association (OPPA) for its members and their families.
