Police officers conduct important work that places them at greater risk of psychological distress. equipt offers them tools to build long-term resilience and provides immediate strategies to prevent the onset of mental health conditions such as anxiety and depression.

- Rapid Stress Relief Tools: When stress levels rise, equipt provides immediate relief with mindfulness breathing techniques and simple body exercises to reduce tension.
- Wellbeing and Prevention Tools: Proactive wellbeing is essential for long-term health, equipt provides tools to improve sleep quality and maintain important relationships.
- Wellbeing Tracking Over Time: Users can confidentially track their mental and physical health over time, gaining a clear view of their wellbeing progress and finding tools that work best for them.
- Industry-Specific Support: Tailored support and resources are available on equipt to meet the specific needs of Australian and New Zealand police officers, including details to contact community services, union support, jurisdictional wellbeing services and EAPs.
- myShift: myShift caters to your individual work schedule and provides personalised recommendations to promote key health improvement behaviours (such as when to limit caffeine and when to use blue light devices) and improve sleep quality.

equipt was developed in conjunction with The Police Association Victoria and Victoria Police, and includes information relevant to all jurisdictions in Australia and New Zealand.
