If you have a prism eyeglasses prescription like me, when your eyes get tired, reading bogs down. I find setting this to one word at a time and the multiplier to .7 to be perfect. The only flaw is I don't see a paste button. So, I paste text into a txt text editor app and save it then load it up in this app. tts is a miracle, but headphones aren't always appropriate, plus speed reading is faster for most of us. THANKS!!!!

Glad you find the app helpful! For now, instead of copying text, you can select the "Share" option and then select the app to import the text. (You can also Share a link from the browser to import a web page)
I have to fix a bug where the new imported text isn't automatically selected. I will also try adding a "Paste" option.

better than spreeder! haven't seen any ads at all and it's surprisingly well made, has most of the options in SwiftRead and Spreeder AND MORE. fantastic! however, i wish the "change progress" screen was bigger/longer so when i miss a couple words I can easily open the screen and see them instead of scrolling around to look for where I got lost. or a feature where pausing the reader shows the entire text with the current word highlighted, that would be really helpful
