Excellent app, one of the best in its category- free, no registration, no ads, straight up load text and start reading. Also loving the 'highlight reading' feature, its just too good of a feature. The only downside is that its not possible to enter the words per minute by keyboard anywhere. Only click the add/subtract key, can get a little tiring when the text is of varying complexity and speed needs to be changed a few times inside the text for better comprehension.

Thank you! That's a good point. You can now press on the number and a dialog will appear. (Maybe it would be better if the field was empy to quickly enter a new value)

better than spreeder! haven't seen any ads at all and it's surprisingly well made, has most of the options in SwiftRead and Spreeder AND MORE. fantastic! however, i wish the "change progress" screen was bigger/longer so when i miss a couple words I can easily open the screen and see them instead of scrolling around to look for where I got lost. or a feature where pausing the reader shows the entire text with the current word highlighted, that would be really helpful

I love it, but the problem is that with the remaining timing, it's not accurate. I calculated it myself to test. 1 minute in real stopwatch is equal to 1 minute 12 seconds in word flash and rounds around 1m 5 seconds in highlighted text. Fix that, and I'll change the rating to 5.
Nice catch! At first glance I am not sure what the issue could be since I am just doing `remainingWords / wordsPerMinute` (is "Speed Variability" enabled?) to estimate the time. Maybe updating the UI takes a non negligible amount of time.
