Plectro gives musicians a beautifully tactile way to log every rehearsal session, turning each practice into a vibrant guitar pick resting inside an open guitar case. The app revolves around a single entity called a Rehearsal, letting you capture the song title, date, duration in minutes, and whether that run-through was a standout favorite. All your data stays completely on your device with local storage, so you never need an account or an internet connection to keep your logbook current. Four instrument-jack tabs guide you through the experience: Dashboard, Rehearsals, Favorites, and Add. The Dashboard hangs a brushed metal amplifier badge from the case latch, showing three engraved counters for total sessions, sessions this week, and all your flagged favorites at a glance. A quick Log Session button sits just below those counters so you can jump into capturing a new entry without delay. The Rehearsals tab displays a scrollable, date-sorted list of every practice with a handy search bar at the top to filter by song title instantly. Tapping any rehearsal pick opens the detail view where you can review the full entry or make edits to the song name, date, duration, or favorite status. When you want to delete an entry, that option is right there, giving you full create, read, update, and delete control from one clean screen. The Favorites tab collects a dedicated grid of only the sessions you marked as favorites, each represented by a pick with a subtle silver lightning bolt inlay near the tip. Color-coding makes your effort immediately visible: green picks for quick sprints under fifteen minutes, amber for mid-length sessions, and red for deep dives over thirty minutes. The Add screen overlays a blank pick with crisp, no-fuss input fields where you type in a song title, pick a date, set the minutes with an easy stepper, and flip the favorite toggle before saving. The moment you save, the new rehearsal joins your collection and you return to the Dashboard to see your updated totals. There are no complex menus or extra screens, just a focused tool that respects your practice time and lets you visually watch your setlist progress build with every session you log.
