WHY SHOULD I USE THIS
The sun radiation has not only UVA and UVB rays . It also contains INFRA rays which in prolonged time overheat the skin dryes it and damage it.
when you are in one position for long time 15 minutes and more notice the skin is overheated.
that is why you should changing the position more often

no1: choice 4 sides set 7 minutes flip time and 56 minutes total time.
