Each exercise is explained with an explanatory video (more than 500 exercises)

On the other hand, you will also have access, in your session, to a calculator
charge and you will have the possibility to add notes so that your coach
can learn about your development, your feelings and your difficulties.

progress over the short, medium and long term (change in weight, calories/carbohydrates/
lipids/macronutrients/proteins consumed) allow the ATHLY application
to follow you and challenge yourself to continue your efforts.
