SECURITY COMES FIRST

Client funds are held in secure custody, between hot wallets for easy withdrawal and hardware wallets which are geographically-dispersed, access-controlled, and video-monitored at all times. Multi-stage verification is enabled by default for all critical transactions, and your authorisation is required for all attempts to access your VALR account from any new device or location. All sensitive data, including user data, is encrypted, both in transit and at rest.

Interface is user friendly and very easy to navigate, HOWEVER, I've had trouble verifying my identity and I can not make transactions without identity verification, it loads forever and I can't move to the next step. I updated the app but still no luck.

slow response,no online help(only bots) and an hour and half later I could sell.Market dived in that time and I lost money! Thheir only response via email was to not use a browser that I have I have successfully used in the past few years.....
