my experience has been great so far, I started using the app last year, mid year. but I only have one security concern. The app does not offer any use of a pin (e.g four digit pin) to secure my daily access to the app, but only a biometric/ fingerprint option which I find problematic because of my device. I would appreciate it if future updates would offer a pin also to accommodate users like me

Great app to purchase crypto but since the update, why did y'all change the average price when buying crypto to only show in USDC? I can't even change it to ZAR. It used to show the average price I bought crypto in ZAR on the transactions section, now it's in USDC and I can't change it.

The app is very complicated. It's not user friendly and it's very frustrating especially when you're not familiar with crypto wallets. It's very annoying that I have to browse through a certain email for verification in order for the app to open. Every time when I'm trying to make a payment I must wait for the verification email that will appear after an hour in my emails whilst it only gives you 1 minute to verify. By the time I receive an email the verification will have long expired.
