Ratings and reviews

The app is very complicated. It's not user friendly and it's very frustrating especially when you're not familiar with crypto wallets. It's very annoying that I have to browse through a certain email for verification in order for the app to open. Every time when I'm trying to make a payment I must wait for the verification email that will appear after an hour in my emails whilst it only gives you 1 minute to verify. By the time I receive an email the verification will have long expired.

I used Trust Wallet for a long time, but recently it started to slow down, especially when working with USDT and TRC20 transfers. Decided to try Gem Wallet and honestly it feels much faster and more convenient. The interface is clean, transactions are processed quickly, and it supports many blockchains and cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Solana, Ton, Tron and other DeFi assets. Everything you need is already inside one wallet. In my opinion, Gem Wallet is much better than MetaMask for everyday

Very inconveniencing the system prevents you from withdrawing for 24 hours "for your own protection". I have moved to Crypto for the very reason of having more autonomy over my own money – something traditional banking systems don't give me. Please change this method of security immediately!!
