I used Trust Wallet for a long time, but recently it started to slow down, especially when working with USDT and TRC20 transfers. Decided to try Gem Wallet and honestly it feels much faster and more convenient. The interface is clean, transactions are processed quickly, and it supports many blockchains and cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin, Solana, Ton, Tron and other DeFi assets. Everything you need is already inside one wallet. In my opinion, Gem Wallet is much better than MetaMask for everyday

Firstly I do love the app! Very user friendly. BUT Why am I locked out of my app? After installing the 2FA authenticator app and trying to withdraw my money, I was suddenly locked out. When I send an email I was asked to take a selfie and a handwritten note to ask for my account to be unlocked. Anyone else that experienced this?

I made a mistake handling a transaction but why is it even an option when my wallet address is correct.. I don't understand why you can't recover my funds. On my first transaction I mean that should count for something. The money is there, atleast there should be a recovery fee..
