I’m happy to update my review and say that my issue has now been resolved even though it took a lot of time .The VALR support team eventually assisted with the payment issue made with the wrong reference and now the funds were successfully sorted out. I appreciate the support and effort taken to resolve the matter. Thank you, VALR!

The app is very complicated. It's not user friendly and it's very frustrating especially when you're not familiar with crypto wallets. It's very annoying that I have to browse through a certain email for verification in order for the app to open. Every time when I'm trying to make a payment I must wait for the verification email that will appear after an hour in my emails whilst it only gives you 1 minute to verify. By the time I receive an email the verification will have long expired.

Very inconveniencing the system prevents you from withdrawing for 24 hours "for your own protection". I have moved to Crypto for the very reason of having more autonomy over my own money – something traditional banking systems don't give me. Please change this method of security immediately!!
