Painfully dated app where everything feels like it takes more steps than it should. If I try to pay my credit card, I cannot see the amount I owe, I have to go to my accounts, remember the amount I owe in my head, then page over to pay bills. I would recommend that the developers take some lessons from the Chase Bank app in terms of usability and ease of access.

One of the worst banking apps I've ever used. recent updates made it slightly better but that's not saying much. I still consistently have issues even just logging in let alone navigating around the app. For contrast I do most of my banking with TD their app is and has always been for over 15 years IMO the gold standard in banking apps. Never had an issue logging in, navigation is intuitive and seamless, I'm able to get everything I need done with ease.

Just ugh! A few of my common frustrations are: this app loads slowly and is cumbersome/non-intuitive with the buttons, the scroll-down bar along the right side is tiny 😣, sometimes there's no "sign out" option, there's no Quickview anymore, and I don't appreciate the need for an authentication text when I switch between my phone and my laptop. Really feeling like Vancity enjoys torturing us to access our own money. Give us the old app, and for the love of god stop charging us for e-transfers.
