Lag, glitches, errors and not optimized. But when branch is closed, it's a sub optimal solution. Other than that, it sucks. -can't see password when typing it in. It's not the asterisk covering letters, it's the keyboard covering it completely. -it's slow. Really slow. I feel as though I'm using hotel internet to stream 4k movies. - next time it asks me to rate app, I'll list more problems

I really like Vancity, and this mobile app until about a couple of months ago. It has been slow to load on both my Android phone and tablet for one thing. Now when I try to deposit a check with my phone, the field in which I try to choose the account is not functioning at all while all the others do work, ie. amount of deposit, and camera. Frustrating!!!!

New version same problem. Ask for biometric login and then have to enter password Please fix the biometric login for both IOS and Android. Having biometric login AND having to input the password every single time - despite completing the biometric authentication - this is the only banking app I know of that needs a password AFTER biometric login....every single time. You might as well remove the biometric login at this point as all it does is add an extra (annoying) step in the user experience.

We’re working on the app experience to make it better, faster and more secure. In version 17.14, we have made some bug fixes to our multiple account biometrics and alerts and added our void cheque feature.
