In a randomized controlled study, the effectiveness of Vantis | CHD and heart attack were tested in comparison to standard therapy over a period of 12 weeks. The results show that using the app significantly reduced blood pressure and thus the risk of a cardiovascular event. The application requires sufficient knowledge of the German language and basic knowledge of using a smartphone. There are no known health exclusion criteria (contraindications).

The Vantis Heart app can already be reimbursed with a prescription for people with coronary heart disease (CHD), a previous heart attack, stent, bypass or angina pectoris in conjunction with high blood pressure (acronym according to ICD-10: I25 with I10-I13).
