I would like to request a refund because the subscription renewal was accidental. I didn’t realize that my parent’s GCash account was connected as the payment method instead of mine. The deducted money was intended for my father’s operation expenses, and the budget became short because of the charge. I already cancelled the subscription immediately after noticing it. I hope you can kindly consider my refund request. Thank you

I tot we can just use the trial but then have to pay rm103....the worst app ever. feel like a scam. Doesn't work as advertised, the result is not accurate either but the payment is quite expensive...such a cheat developer app. I only use the app once and they made me pay rm103 after a trial?, when the result is very bad and playful so I quickly unsubscribe and uninstall. but then shoppepay send a notice of bill to me to pay.....LIKE WHATT I DONT EVEN USE THIS RUBBISH APP

Hello, I accidentally subscribed to The Ick app thinking it was a weekly plan. ₹4,700 was charged at once within the last 1–2 hours. I cancelled immediately and have not used the service. I am a student and this was an honest mistake. Kindly request a refund. please.
