Best mat pilates I've ever tried. All exercises are explained well and go at a good pace. I always leave feeling like I had a good workout. There's many variety of classes and also a calendar to follow if you need more structure.

Hi from greece , I have used vb method for a year and I. Want to share my personal experience . I had a serious hip injury,and I could barely walk normally for over two years. My doctor advised me to minimise my running kilometres and switch to swimming. For a period of time I did,but I didn't see any changes . Then I found you , my loving teacher, and not only I have visible abs for the first time of my life, I run , I swim, I got my splits back . I am stronger than I have never been before.
