With Welcome by Virtual Doorman™, users can now get the best their Virtual Doorman system and our Interactive Web Portal™ on their phone. This one-of-a-kind mobile app allows residents to see and speak to building visitors in true facetime fashion with our all-new in app calling technology. Residents can remotely manage their account and perform tasks such as inputting authorization for guests and visitors, scheduling package deliveries, request maintenance and report building related problems quickly and easily.

seems to be broken for Android phones. at the moment. I can't get the cameras to refresh for about a week and the icon row seems smushed and out of order. whatever update they did seems to have not been tested

Rarely ever works, cameras consistently are off and I can't even unlock the doors remotely because it doesn't work. Useless app so far smh

Poorly built. No additional benefit over the old app. Looks nicer but works worse. It constantly opens to a blank-like start screen with an empty door drop down and a black camera image. Have to kill and restart the app constantly to get the UI into the right state so I can let people into the door.
