I've been playing this for years, a fun Mario Kart experience. But the progression is completely broken. It's taken me about a year of daily playing to get from lvl 14 to 15, but there is no realistic way to reach lvl 16 without spending >$100 (real money). If you win the daily races, it might be possible to reach 16 in 4 years by earning $50K/week . Crazy.

Good game ruined by ads. The ads aren't intrusive, but, for the most part, you only get rewards from races by watching ads. It offered to remove ads permanently for $2.99 (if I recall correctly), which I purchased because I assumed it would alleviate the onerous process of getting race rewards, but it did nothing for that. Presumably, that purchase only applies to the already rare random ads.

This game is a very good sequel to Beach Buggy. But they barely add anything new to the game nowadays. Sure when u load up the game you see challenges, but that gets repetitive. Then every other week you get a challenge mode where it is the exact same every other week. All of this combined with the same time every year when they partner up with Hot Wheels again just makes the game overall repetitive. They should add something new without ruining the game like Clash Royale with their new Heroes.
