Content is good, though I feel like it could have more. The player is absolutely horrible. Can't fast forward or rewind, and moving where I am in a show does not align with where I place my finger on the screen. Please improve on this!! Maybe also consider adding chapters or bookmarks for shows so that users can jump right to a scene they want to see.

Wow, I want to like this app because the idea of having a front row seat to all of the concerts in the catalog is amazing. Unfortunately, the app itself, whether on mobile or my Samsung TV, is barely usable and really takes away from the positive experience. The app won't save your place if you watch half a concert and come back later. Then, when you do have to start over, navigation controls are EXTREMELY limited, so getting back to your spot is very frustrating. VEEPS, do better.

Absolutely horrible. Paid $99 for 3 shows, plus 90 minutes of backstage access before the last show, and 90 minutes of backstage access after the final show. The first 90 minutes were totally unwatchable with glitchy video and virtually no audio. The second 90 minutes were better quality, but far from perfect, and was only 50 minutes. Sold as being explicit content, but was just hugs and selfies. The shows themselves were okay, with only minor issues. However, they definitely owe us all $60 back
