This app is amazing! It helps me track my weight, and i mostly like how there are all the challenges in one app so i dont have to download each one seperately and it has a food menu to eat from. Definitely a five star !👏👏
Make this app your New Year's Resolution. I Love it! When it counts down exercises, I do as many as I can at my own pace & sometimes I'm not even doing them completely right ( like push ups!...cause I'm so weak!!) But I do my best, and I'm seeing results. Doesn't take much time at all, so very doable for all beginners..
My go to weightloss app! I am over the moon about this thing! It's easy to use, easy to eat right, and easy to exercise daily! I don't have to worry about any of those things when I use this app! And its free, for which I am so grateful. Amazing!
I've started using it 3 days ago. It's too early to say if it works or not, but the exercises are quite easy. Tonight I felt lazy to do my exercises, but I couldn't resist: I had to see what I have to do for today. Great app!
App is excellent to exercise and the timer idea with pause button is great but the plan for diet is not for Indians we dont know many of the ingredients and seem to be costly. Please add Indian food option.
Awesome app. Single mom and the exercises are super easy to do when my kiddie naps, he even does them with me! Diet is a bit hectic though.
