Love the way the app states the exercises and allows you recovery time. Doesn't alternate sides but that's no problem easy enough to do. Some exercises can be too strenuous for someone with a back complaint but so far the basic of the exercises allows one to adapt easy enough. Food and diet programs excellent and again one can suit times to individual needs as each person lifestyle different. Will be interested to see how the results are after the course and will review again. Well done
It would be very useful if you'd recommend the hours you think we should it breakfast second breakfast lunch etc. Other than that, it is very convenient and worthwhile. It's really healthy, and it has square meales, that make me feel as if I'm not on a diet in the first place. However, the results are admirable! I did not know healthy food can benefit you so much!
I really like the app and really helps me exercise and eat healthy. The only reason I gave it 4 is because I wish the animations would show to switch legs during the exercise or have a separate exercise for the other leg. There have been times where I accidently only did one side because the animations doesn't show to and there are no instructions other wise.
This is the only app that actually keeps me exercising! I have tried the others, with no positive results. Why? Let's just say, I need something that relates to me, short on free time, and a bit lazy. Thank you so much! I am only on day 2 but, I know already that I will follow through. Also, these are the best workouts for my lifestyle! Not real easy, not real hard. Just right. Effective!!!!
I haven't started doing this yet, but as far as I explore this App.. It gives me so much excitement, like "I want to start so badly! Ugh!" Can't wait to start doing this on the 1st Of September in preparation for this Years Christmas Party and for our 5th Anniversary (I'm planning to set a 2days get away with my Bae, which involves pool and wakeboarding) so yeah! I'm so excited 😍😍😍 P.S, I'm very very fat but through this App, I'm now very much positive.. Kudos!
daily exercises are ok, but the timer is a bad idea. Do it in your own time and a proper manner. Rushing through it might even cause injuries. The diet plan is ridiculous. 11 eggs in the first week ... 15 in the second? Doesn't seem balanced or healthy to me.
