I get reliable connections by bluetooth and by internet wifi. I did have a major problem in that the app would allow the floorplan of my motorcoach. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it multiple times, and cleared the cache multiple times. Still would not let me have the right floorplan. Support and service from Firefly was good, but still could not get the right floorplan. Finally, I decided to power down the phone (android) and reboot it. That did the trick. Works fine now.

Updated from 3 stars to one. Shortly after last update can't get it to connect or work at all. Won't connect locally, just goes back and forth from not being able to connect remotely because it isn't connected locally. Update 6/26/2023: It's been nearly a month since the app stopped working still no fix. I have sent 3 screen recordings showing what it is doing, and there has been an update but still not working. Please fix?

We purchased an upgraded system almost a year ago. I advised them that the black and grey tanks were not being read by the app. They told me that they were aware of the problem. Two updates later and no fix. This is an issue because one selling point was that you don't have to keep entering the coach to see if you have any reading on the tanks. The cloud service is also sporadic. We just can't trust that we'll be getting any data while we are away, and our dog is in the coach.
