Ratings and reviews

It is invaluable as a tool. The Bluetooth takes 10 sec every time you go to the app, even if you switch away and come back within seconds - but it does all I need it to do. The only issue I see is when the AquaHot electric is on in the coach, it doesn't show that it's on in the app. This is minor since all the critical things that one needs to do to set up outside are all available without having to go inside to do something on the firefly screen. #Samsung Z-Fold 6

Not sure what all the low ratings are about. I've had this app running since January 2022 and it works pretty much as expected. I agree that it would be nice if the Auto setting for the climate control allowed you to set separate target temperatures for the AC and heat pump, but managing the climate control isn't really a big deal since you can do it from the couch (or bed, or driveway, or wherever). I typically set my target temperatures for my 3 AC/heat pump units on my way to bed at night.

Missing features Once you wait 30 seconds for it to reload and connect, it is fairly responsive. But there are some key features that are missing or need to be revamped. 1. Air conditioning / furnace controls - the "auto" feature should be a high and low temperature setting. The way it works now, if the ac or furnace turns on, it won't switch back to auto. So if you are somewhere with wide temperature swings, you gotta keep managing the system. 2. Notifications! Tell me the tank is almost full
