How to Decode a VIN Number?

On the “Search Page”, enter a VIN or use the VIN scanner.
Click “Check VIN” to view the information decoded and vehicle specs - access the VIN report from “My Reports” tab.
Click “Check Records” to generate the VIN report.

How to do a License Plate Lookup (U.S. ONLY)
On the “Search Page”, click “Search by license plate” to enter the plate number and State or do a license plate scanning by using the “Scan Plate” option.

Click “Check Plate” to view the information decoded and vehicle specs - access the VIN report from “My Reports” tab.
Click “Check Records” to generate the vehicle history report.

Initially, I had trouble receiving a single VIN report on a Sunday after paying. Called first thing Monday morning and they took care of the issue immediately. They also provided additional credits for the trouble. I would definately recommend.

Terrible. I tried two times, paid what app asked from me and every time it said I'm out of credits. Avoid this application!

Used to be great App, now all I get is an error message superimposed over entering credit card info.
