The new update is horrible. If you don't have the scan zone right on the barcode,or if there is a glare, it now scans partial barcodes. No longer determins the start and end of a barcode. It used to refer back to your first line of information, now it stays on the last line you typed in. The font is now different so when I send it in an email and copy and paste to another sheet, I must change the font. Upgrades are supposed to improve functionality but this one went the wrong way!

Could be better. Granted I only played with the app for about 5 minutes. But there should be a way to lock the screen rotation. I like to keep auto screen enabled on my phone for normal use, but inside this app that always forces a horizontal reading of the barcode. If the barcode is vertical, it's sometimes easier to turn my phone and scan rather than trying to turn the product. Maybe I missed it... Maybe it's a feature of the paid apps only. (?)

Wow. Works perfectly. Needed a 2D barcode(QR code) scanner, and using the standard scanner just wasn't cutting it. Downloaded this and scanned 27 laptops in about 7 minutes, emailed that to my work address and saved myself a bunch of time. Probably gojng to buy this JUST because it's so good, the free version would be fine, but I like to buy things that are this useful.
