The app doesn't work, it does not communicate correctly with its charging stations. When the charging station is out of order, the app does not mention the car is not charging, nor the fact that the station does not work.

Does not work when trying to pay. It bugs out when you do not put enough money the first time you charge & you add more money and try again. It is slow and unresponsive, with no quick customer support. (Over 500 reviews, most 5 stars with no comment. This application's overall rating was obviously boosted with bots.)
