Terrible app, the UI was simple earlier and the app was still slow, now it become weird and the app is slower. Moreover, no realtime customer support is there and the tickets are shown resolved as soon as there is an automated response from the bot.

worst user experience possible. won't tell why couldn't connect. no message no way to resolve issue. no way to queue for a machine. can't believe some company in vending business is not able to implement known solutions to these problems

not that much good, i pay via upi but did not get anything. its so worst app, today 2nd time i did not received my product just money deducted from my account, need money back
