very bad experience they are thieves, they stole my money,never answer my questions , they left my ticket pending so i wouldn't raise my issue and they blocked my visa card for no reason.

I have a suggestion. Start delivering physical cards to Bangladesh. We have a huge demand for physical cards. Our local banks have made debit cards really expensive and we can't afford it. As a result, a lot of Bangladeshi people are seeking these kinds of apps to order a physical card. The plus point is we can also use these cards for foreign transactions which can't be done with our local cards without a passport. I am hoping that I will get one after I apply.

Since recently I made a bank withdrawal transaction that has remained in pending status and has not yet been completed. it takes already 5 days passed away and create a support ticket but they have no response and also mail to support team but also their have no response. I can't understand what kind of service remaining provided by the apps.
