We had a very unpleasant experience with this app. All the tenants are frustrated with this. It's weird that even in 2024 they develop such a buggy app. Plus they create a community grp where you are not allowed to freely express yourself.. (democracy goes into dustbin).

Keys often don't open and app closes out if you don't wait longer enough for it to load in.

Moderators are too heavy-handed. Moddeded chat that the building reps apparently aren't in. But their mod clearly can also forward concerns there. However, also trying to talk about anything building related is deemed as talking about a maintenance issue, and you get called out in the chat for anything as simple as "Has anyone else's ac stopped working?" Overall, I deleted the app cause so much for "community" when you can't say anything directly about the building you live in in the chat...
