useless support and terrible design, little to no real functionality

unable to login. it's frozen at the create a pin number. unresponsive.

This app just doesn't work. I kept getting an error when I'd attempt to go to a different menu or screen. The passcode page was unresponsive, so I couldn't even log back in. I uninstalled the app. It's completely useless.
