Friendly staff. App informs me of what is happening most of the time. Just disappointed with way this is run - buses only ever have zero, one or two passengers on them = lots of empty seats and waiting times can be long. Why not provide taxi sized cars instead or pickup/drop off multiple people at once?

Today is the first time I've tried to use the app to book for a service. The bus seemed to have arrived right on time, but on a different location from the pickup address on the app. We almost gave up on using the service, but thankfully the bus driver decided to drive around the block and we met by chance and board. We then went to the next stop, and the next passenger had the same issue (address mismatch) Overall I think it's a great service just need to fix the address issue.

Doesn't allow you to book a ride. The only option is to then book over the phone, much to the dismay of the guy who takes the calls. He'll tell you what he told you last time, which is to 'use the app' and will state that he 'doesn't mind helping the oldies, but a person of your talents...'. etc etc. The app doesn't work and the man answering your calls can't seem to understand that. The broken app and attitude of select staff makes using this otherwise brilliant service fairly prohibitive.
