Absolute waste of tax payer money. never on time, drivers can be literally replaced by self driving buses as they cannot make independent decisions and have to follow an algorithm which makes no sense. always seen empty buses with journeys taking only 1 or 2 people while others can't find a booking.

Are you sure this app works in the latest version of Android ? We can see buses are running in our area but the app continues to say no service available. Sometimes even the app doesn't load.

Latest ride delayed five minutes without any passengers ex previous origin, then dropped me at wrong destination (virtual bus stop) instead of intended address. The extra walk was very painful, as I currently have a fractured rib. Also, the service has insufficient operating hours, and a lack of buses DURING PEAK TIMES. It is completely unacceptable that waits blow out beyond 30 minutes as a routine at these times. It is not an acceptable alternative to a (even roughly) timetabled service.
