Friendly staff. App informs me of what is happening most of the time. Just disappointed with way this is run - buses only ever have zero, one or two passengers on them = lots of empty seats and waiting times can be long. Why not provide taxi sized cars instead or pickup/drop off multiple people at once?

Great when it works but very hit and miss. Rides often cancelled in mornings. In afternoon ride turns up after you book asap but they don't let you on because this is not they assigned you. Later ride arrives and they take you miles out of your way because you are sharing with somebody who lives nowhere near you. Has happened to me several times. Could understand if they were trying to group people to common areas but it seems they make you wait longer purely for the purpose of making you wait

app used to work completely up until abbout 6 to 8 months ago. Now I can only book my rides. When i book the app advise it failed and to check internet connection. go to book aa ride again and now aready have a booking. Cannot open the my rides function so cannot see my rides or cancel any. I have not changed my browser which is duck duck go so not google or microsoft related. Messages about my rides all out of sinc and usually arrive once already on bus.
